ZBTB16
پروتئین ۱۶ حاوی دومِـین BTB و انگشت روی (انگلیسی: Zinc finger and BTB domain-containing protein 16) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «ZBTB16» کُدگذاری میشود.
این ژن که بر روی کروموزوم ۱۱ واقع شده، یک فاکتور رونویسی دارای انگشت روی را کُدگذاری میکند و در پیشبرد چرخه سلول نقش دارد.
چندین نمونه از آرایش نابهنجار ژنی در جایگاه کروموزومی مذکور، در مبتلایان به لوسمی پرومیلوسیتیک حاد گزارش شدهاست.[4] همچنین چند نقش فیزیولوژیک برای این پروتئین در لنفوسیتهای تی کشندهٔ طبیعی (NKT cells)[5][6] و در لنفوسیتهای تی گاما دلتا (γδ T cells)[7] در موشها یافت شدهاست. گونههای رونویسی متناوب از این ژن در انسان مشاهده شدهاست.[8][9]
