فاکتور رونویسی jun-B (انگلیسی: Transcription factor jun-B‎) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «JUNB» کدگذاری می‌شود.[4][5] این پروتئین یک فاکتور رونویسی است که در تنظیم فعالیت برخی ژن‌ها بدنبال تحریک توسط فاکتور رشد نقش دارد.

این پروتئین به توالیِ 5'-TGA[CG]TCA-3' در دی‌ان‌ای اتصال می‌یابد.
