گیرنده آلفای رتینوئیک اسید
گیرنده آلفای رتینوئیک اسید (انگلیسی: Retinoic acid receptor alpha) یا به اختصار RAR-α، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «RARA» کُدگذاری میشود.[4][5]
این پروتئین، یک گیرنده هستهای، و یکی از انواع گیرندههای رتینوئیک اسید است.
این مولکول با ژن ساعت[6] و همچنین پروتئینهای ZBTB16[7] و C-Src[8][9] تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.
اهمیت بالینی
جابجاییهای کروموزومی که منجر به تغییر مکان جایگاه ژنی این پروتئین گردد، به ویژه اگر از نوع t(15,17)(q21;q22) باشد در بروز لوسمی پرومیلوسیتیک حاد نقش دارد.[10]
