پلی‌فنل
پلی‌فنل‌ها (به انگلیسی: Polyphenols)[1][2] یک کلاس ساختاری عمدتاً طبیعی، بلکه مصنوعی یا نیمه‌مصنوعی، مواد شیمیایی آلی هستند با حضور تقسیم عددی بر مضرب زیادی از واحدهای ساختاری فنل.
