بمباران استراتژیک در جنگ جهانی دوم

بمباران استراتژیک در جنگ جهانی دوم کارزار هوایی هر یک از دول درگیر در جنگ جهانی دوم با یک هدف قابل تشخیص استراتژیک است. این اهداف شامل بمباران راه آهن، بندرها، شهرها (مناطق غیرنظامی) و مناطق صنعتی در اراضی دشمن می‌شدند. استراتژی نظریه قدرت هوایی است که پیروزی‌های بزرگ را می‌توان با حمله به زیرساخت‌های صنعتی و سیاسی دشمن به دست آورد، تا صرفاً حمله به اهداف نظامی.
