فاکتور ۱ تمایز رشد (انگلیسی: Growth differentiation factor-1‎) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «GDF1» کدگذاری می‌شود.[3]

این پروتئین متعلق به اَبرخانوادهٔ پروتئین‌های فاکتور رشد تغییردهنده بتا است و در القای میان‌پوست در جریان رشد رویان نقش دارد.[4]

این پروتئین در مغز، نخاع و اعصاب محیطی جنین یافت می‌شود.[3][4]
