اکتینین آلفا ۱ (انگلیسی: Actinin alpha 1‎) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «ACTN1» کُدگذاری می‌شود.[4]

آلفا اکتینین‌ها متعلق به ابرخانوادهٔ اسپکترین هستند که از پروتئین‌های ساختار اسکلتی سلول محسوب می‌شوند. آلفا اکتینین‌ها در سلول‌های گوناگون، نقش‌های متفاوتی ایفا می‌کنند.
