نبرد سم

نبرد سُم ((فرانسوی)، آلمانی: Schlacht an der Somme‎) یا حمله سم جنگی در جنگ جهانی اول توسط ارتش امپراتوری بریتانیا و جمهوری سوم فرانسه علیه امپراتوری آلمان بود. این جنگ در ۱ ژوئیه ۱۹۱۶ و ۱۸ نوامبر در هر دو سوی رودخانه سم در فرانسه رخ داد که در پایان فرانسه و بریتانیا تنها ۱۰ مایل توانستند پیشروی کنند و پس از ۵ ماه این نبرد خونین بدون برنده پایان یافت.
