بیلی هالیدی (به انگلیسی: Billie Holiday) ‏(زادهٔ ۷ آوریل ۱۹۱۵ - درگذشتهٔ ۱۷ ژوئیه ۱۹۵۹)‏ خواننده آمریکایی و از مهم‌ترین صاحبان سبک در موسیقی آوازی جاز بود.

نام اصلی او «النورا فیگن» بود.[4][5] بعدها نام هنری بیلی هالیدی را برگزید. آهنگهای میوه غریب و بانو بلوز می‌خواند و یکشنبه غم‌انگیز شاید مشهورترین آهنگ‌های او است.

هالیدی در ۶ مارس ۲۰۰۰ به‌عنوان عضو جدید تالار مشاهیر راک اند رول معرفی شد. دایانا راس معرفی‌کنندهٔ هالیدی در آن مراسم بود.[6]
