PFKL
۶-فسفوفروکتوکیناز، کبد (انگلیسی: 6-phosphofructokinase, liver type) یک آنزیم است که در انسان توسط ژن «PFKL» واقع بر کروموزوم ۲۱ کُدگذاری میشود.[1] آنزیمهای گروه فسفوفروکتوکیناز، بهطور غیرقابل بازگشت، موجب تبدیل فروکتوز ۶-فسفات به فروکتوز ۱٬۶-بیسفسفات شده و یکی از آنزیمهای تنظیمی مهم در فرایند گلیکولیز محسوب میشوند.
