CD20

مجموعهٔ تمایزی ۲۰ (انگلیسی: Cluster of Differentiation 20‎) یا «آنتی‌ژن CD20 لنفوسیت بی» یک فسفوپروتئین گلیکوزیله‌شده است که بر سطح لنفوسیت‌های بی از فاز pro-B تا مراحلهٔ بلوغ آنان دیده می‌شود.[1]

در انسان این پروتئین توسط ژن «MS4A1» کُد می‌شود.[2][3]

اخیراً بین لنفوسیت‌های بی (که دارای CD20 هستند) و بروز دیابت و مقاومت به انسولین، رابطه‌ای کشف شده‌است.[4]
