گرگ یال‌دار

گرگ یال‌دار بزرگترین گونهٔ سگ‌سانان در آمریکای جنوبی است. این گونهٔ گرگ مانند اغلب گرگ‌ها گوشت‌خوار است.

توصیف

اگرچه این جانور شباهت‌هایی به روباه قرمز دارد، لکن باید توجه داشت که از دستهٔ متفاوتی است. گونهٔ بالغ این حیوان ۶۷ تا ۱۰۷ سانتی‌متر قد دارد.[6][7][8]
