ماهیچه نعلی فرعی (انگلیسی: Accessory soleus muscle‎) اصلی‌ترین ماهیچه فرعی در قوزک پای انسان است.

این ماهیچه در بدن ۱۰ درصد از افراد یافت می‌شود.[1]
