Lck

تیروزین پروتئین کینازِ اختصاصیِ لنفوسیت‌ها (انگلیسی: Lymphocyte-specific protein tyrosine kinase) یک پروتئین به وزن مولکولی ۵۶ کیلو دالتون است که در درون لنفوسیت‌های دستگاه ایمنی یافت می‌شود. این پروتئین یک تیروزین کیناز است که موجب فسفرگیری ریشه‌های تیروزینی برخی پروتئین‌ها می‌گردد که در مسیرهای سیگنالینگ (علامت‌دهی) درون‌سلولی نقش دارند.

بیشترین میزان پروتئین Lck در لنفوسیت تی، به‌ویژه در لنفوسیت تی کمک‌کننده و لنفوسیت تی کشنده یافت می‌شود.[4][5]

این پروتئین در فسفرگیری دومین SH2، پروتئین کیناز سی، CD3، PI-3K و RASA1 نقش دارد.

پروتئین Lck با DLG1[6] و PTPRC[7][8] تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.
