اینتگرین بتا-۲ (انگلیسی: Integrin beta-2‎) یا همان «CD18» یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «ITGB2» کُد می‌شود.

فقدان این پروتئین در انسان موجب بروز «کمبود اتصال لکوسیت» می‌شود که در آن گلبول‌های سفید قادر نیستند جهت دفاع از بدن، از رگ‌ها خارج شده و به بافت‌های مبتلا بروند.[1]

این مولکول پروتئینی یک فرم محلول در آب هم دارد و سطح آن به‌طور معکوس با شدت بیماری ایمنی «اسپوندیلوآرتریت» در ارتباط است.[2]
