کراتوکن
کراتوکَن (انگلیسی: Keratocan) یا بهاختصار «KTN» که با نامِ «کراتان سولفات پروتئوگلیکان کراتوکن» هم شناخته میشود، نام پروتئینی است که در انسان توسط ژن «KERA» کُد میشود.[4][5][6]

پروتئیوگلیکانهایِ کراتان سولفاتیِ (KSPGs) عضوی از خانوادهٔ «پروتئوگلیکانهای کوچک غنی از لوسین» (SLRP) هستند. بهویژه کراتوکَن، لومیکن و میمیکَن در شفافیت قرنیه چشم نقش دارند.[6]
جهش در این ژن موجب بروز عارضهٔ «قرنیه مسطح نوع ۲» میشود.
