ساختمان اکویتبل (انگلیسی: Equitable Building‎) یک ساختمان در خیابان برادوی، منهتن، نیویورک است.

این ساختمان که در ۱۹۱۳ شروع به ساخت و در سال ۱۹۱۵ افتتاح شده دارای ۳۸ طبقه و ۱۶۹ متر ارتفاع و ۱۱۰٬۰۰۰ مترمربع مساحت کل طبقات است.
