گیرنده ۱ ئی سروتونین (انگلیسی: 5-HT1E receptor‎) یکی از انواع گیرنده‌های ۱ سروتونین[2][3] و نوعی گیرنده جفت‌شونده با پروتئین جی[4] است که در انسان توسط ژن «HTR1E» کُدگذاری می‌شود.[5]

عملکرد

کارکرد و وظیفهٔ این گیرنده به سبب فقدان ابزارهای آزمایشگاهی مختص به آن، پادتن‌های اختصاصی و مدل‌های حیوانی لازم، هنوز مشخص نشده‌است؛[6] اما به‌نظر می‌رسد که در انسان نقش فیزیولوژیک مهمی ایفا می‌کند.[7]

این گیرنده با گیرنده ۱ اف سروتونین، تا حدود ۵۷٪ از لحاظ هم‌ساخت‌شناسی توالی اسیدهای آمینه شباهت دارد و برخی خواص فارماکولوژیک آنها نیز مشابه هم است.[8]
