پروتئین سورفکتانت دی (انگلیسی: Surfactant protein D‎) یا «SP-D»، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «SFTPD» کُدگذاری می‌شود.[4][5]

این پروتئین یکی از انواع کالکتین دستگاه ایمنی ذاتی محسوب می‌شود.[6][7]
