نترین ۱ (انگلیسی: Netrin 1‎) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «NTN1» کُدگذاری می‌شود.[4][5]

تصور بر آن است که نترین ۱ در هدایت رشد آکسونی و همچنین کوچ یاخته در جریان رشد و تکامل نقش دارد و جهش در ژن سازندهٔ آن ممکن است در بروز سرطان مؤثر باشد.[5]
