ماهیچه جناغی‌سپری
ماهیچه جناغی‌سپری (انگلیسی: Sternothyroid muscle) از ماهیچه‌های حنجره انسان است. مبدأ این عضله، سطح خلفی قسمت مانوبریوم استخوان جناغ (استرنوم) می‌باشد.

این عضله نیز از مانوبریوم (دسته) استخوان استرنوم شروع می‌شود و به خط مایل غضروف تیروئید می‌چسبد و عصب آن از قوس گردنی تأمین می‌شود.
