لانگرین (انگلیسی: Langerin‎) که با نام CD207 هم شناخته می‌شود، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «CD207» کُدگذاری می‌شود.[1][2] لانگرین یکی از انواع گیرنده‌های سطح سلول، لکتین نوع سی نوع دوم است که بر روی سلول‌های لانگرهانس پوست انسان یافت می‌شود.[2][3]

اهمیت بالینی

لانگرین‌های سلول‌های لانگرهانسِ مخاطی در بافت پوششی اندام جنسی انسان، قادر است به اچ‌آی‌وی-۱ متصل شده و آنرا به‌صورت «ریزدانه‌های بربک» درآورده و تجزیه کند.[4][5]
