لائیلین (انگلیسی: Layilin‎) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «LAYN» کُدگذاری می‌شود.[4]

یک پژوهش نشان داده‌است که میزان لائیلین در لنفوسیت‌های تی کشنده نفوذکننده به سرطان کبد افزایش می‌یابد.[5]
