شیبویگان، ویسکانسین (به انگلیسی: Sheboygan) شهری در شهرستان شیبویگان ایالت ویسکانسین است که در سال ۱۸۵۳ بنیان‌گذاری شده‌است. این شهر طبق سرشماری سال ۲۰۱۰ میلادی ۴۹٬۲۸۸ نفر جمعیت داشته‌است.[3][4]
