ENTPD1
اِکتونوکلئوزید تریفسفات دیفسفوهیدرولاز ۱ (انگلیسی: Ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase-1) که با نام «CD39» هم شناخته میشود، یک آنزیم سطح سلولی است که بخش کاتالیتیک آن، خارج از سلول قرار میگیرد.[1][2][3]

این آنزیم یک «اِکتونوکلئوتیداز» است که هیدرولیز باقیماندههای گاما-فسفات و بتا-فسفات را در مشتقات مونوفسفونوکلئوزید، دیفسفونوکلئوزید و تریفسفونوکلئوزید کاتالیز میکند.[4][5] مثلاً آنزیم NTPDase1، آدنوزین تریفسفات، آدنوزین دیفسفات، اوریدین تریفسفات و اوریدین دیفسفات را با اثربخشی مشابه هیدرولیز کرده[6] و بنابراین قادر است بر روی فعالسازی و عملکرد «گیرندهٔ P2» اثر بگذارد.[7]
