گیرنده پپتید شبه گلوکاگون ۱ (انگلیسی: Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor‎) یک گیرنده پروتئینی است که در انسان توسط ژن «GLP1R» کُدگذاری می‌شود[3][4] و در سلول‌های بتای لوزالمعده یافت می‌شود.

این گیرنده در تنظیم قند خون از طریق افزایش ترشح انسولین دخالت دارد.

این پروتئین یکی از اعضای خانوادهٔ بزرگ «گیرنده‌های جفت‌شونده با پروتئین جی» است.[5]

لیراگلوتاید یکی از آگونیست‌های این گیرنده است.[6]
