التون مایو
جورج التون مایو (به انگلیسی: George Elton Mayo) روانشناس، جامعه‌شناس و همچنین نظریه‌پرداز سازمان استرالیایی می‌باشد.

طی سالهای ۱۹۱۱-۱۹۲۳ سخنرانی‌هایی را در دانشگاه کویینزلند ایراد کرد و سپس به دانشگاه پنسیلوانیا رفت اما بیشتر فعالیت‌هایش را در دانشکده بازرگانی دانشگاه هاروارد انجام داد.
اداره مطالعات هاثورن با وی بود. مایو در نوشته‌هایش در سال ۱۹۳۱ مدیران را به توجه به نیازهای عاطفی کارکنان فرا می‌خواند.
