تزار (اصطلاح سیاسی)
تزار (به انگلیسی: czar یا tsar) لقبی غیررسمی برای برخی مقامات ردهٔ بالای حکومتی در آمریکا و بریتانیا است که برای رفع یک مسئلهٔ خاص، قدرت زیاد و اختیارات گستردهای به آنها داده میشود.
به عنوان مثال، سعود القحطانی تزار اطلاعاتی/رسانهای محمد بن سلمان لقب گرفته بود.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]
